At GIMME, we want you to love your fit; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the apparel in its original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
